About FastClaim
FastClaim Solutions is a Nigerian insurtech company that provides an AI-powered claims management platform. Through our mobile app and website, users can submit motor insurance claims, upload supporting documents, and receive faster claim resolution in collaboration with partner insurance companies.
Eligibility
To use our Services, you must: Be at least 18 years of age. Reside in Nigeria and hold a valid insurance policy with one of our partner insurers. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and when submitting claims. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
User Accounts
Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, phone number, and other required details. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be deemed to have been performed by you. Accuracy: You agree to provide only accurate and up-to-date information. FastClaim is not liable for delays or errors caused by false or incomplete data. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or for legal reasons.
Services Provided
FastClaim provides the following Services: Submission of insurance claims via our mobile app. AI-powered assessment of claim-related photos and documents. Forwarding of claims to partner insurance companies. Status tracking, notifications, and updates regarding submitted claims. Additional support features, including towing service requests, license renewals, and related insurance services. FastClaim acts as a facilitator between you and your insurer. We do not make coverage decisions — all final determinations are made by your insurance company in accordance with your policy.
Use of the Services
You agree not to: Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes. Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content. Interfere with the security or functionality of the Services. Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our software without permission. We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate legal or technical action.
Data Collection and Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). By using the Services, you consent to such data practices.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, software, and content on the Services are owned or licensed by FastClaim. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, including partner insurance companies, cloud providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, or policies of such third parties.
Disclaimers
FastClaim provides Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that claims will be approved or paid out — claim decisions rest solely with your insurance provider. We are not liable for delays, errors, or losses arising from technical issues, network interruptions, or third-party actions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: FastClaim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of ₦50,000 or the amount you paid (if any) to use the Services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastClaim, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if: You breach these Terms. Your actions threaten the security or integrity of the Services. Required by law or regulatory authorities.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria. The arbitration will take place in Lagos, Nigeria, in English, and the decision will be binding.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
